Description:
        Resource Description: The resource for finding downstream critical facilities. This page demonstrates the process of finding the downstream critical facilities using the REST interface.
Finding downstream critical facilities is to find the critical facility nodes in the downstream direction by the given edge or node, and return the array of critical node IDs and the related edge IDs.


sourceNodeIDs: * The array of node IDs specified. For example, [75,76,77]
* Edge ID.
isUncertainDirectionValid: "Yes" means the uncertain flow direction is valid and the process will continue when an uncertain flow direction is encoutered; "No" means the uncertain flow direction is invalid and the process will stop when an uncertain flow direction is encoutered.
