| INTRODUCEPT | Inaugurada a 19 de Dezembro de 2001, a Torre de Macau tem 338 metros de altura, do cimo dos quais facilmente se disfruta todo o panorama do Delta do Rio das Pérolas. Além de torre de Observação (e de Comunicações), conta com um restaurante giratório a 216 metros. Se o desejar, pode aventurar-se a uma caminhada vertiginosa em seu redor ("skywalk"). Junto à Torre está o Centro de Convenções e Entretenimento, com área comercial, um cinema, salas de jogo, restaurantes de variadas cozinhas, bares, etc. Em frente fica uma praça usada por vezes para concertos e outras manifestações artísticas ao ar livre. É de notar que todo o conjunto arquitectónico está virado para o rio pelo que o "elemento aquático" influencia estes edifícios, dando-lhes fluidez e dinamismo muito especiais. |
| INTRODUCEEN | Opened on 19th December, 2001, Macau Tower is 338 metres in height. It is an elegant construction offering magnificent panoramic views all over Macao and much of the Pearl River Delta from its observation deck and revolving restaurant, at the 223-metre level. There is the opportunity to walk around the outside of the tower, for instance "Skywalk". Besides the tower, there are a 4-floor Convention and Entertainment Centre, restaurants, cinema, a 2-level basement and an outdoor plaza. |
